6.5 miles this morning

10 miles this afternoon with the club

Feeling good. Just need to eat more today than I did the last few days. Feeling tired from hunger.

On the morning run I ran into Bill so he ran my Golf course loop with me. Then this afternoon we had a good run (Steve, Bill and I ). I wasn't planning on going that far but hey- When in Rome...

Sorry I missed you guys last night. Being away from the fam. so much this week because of track meets, I decided to get my run in a little earlier and get home. That plan however went out the window when I got a late start anyway.

Legs feeling okay with all those miles this week? Mine are still a bit worn down.

I wanted to say nice Boston Marathon time that's impressive. I enjoyed the run too. Your recovery is going well. Have you see great gains for running twice a day?

Clyde, good run last night. Thanks for the motivation at the end. Are you going to come out and bandit the 10k tomorrow?

I'm not sure how I'm going to run the race. I know I could be one of the top three finishers or win. But to be honest Pocatello really isn't much of a running city. Any of you guys could come down here and blow the field away. I've won the last three 10k's here. I probably will go out fast I think it would prepare me better for the Ogden marathon which is the race I really want to run 2:50 or under.
