Secret street then the DC loop. Got  a little rain last night and temps dropped from the high's of the last few days. Thank goodness. I'm not ready for 80+ degrees. Had a hard time getting going until I stopped at the DC for a potty break. After that I felt better and got a little rhythm going. Cafe Rio last night was good but didn't work that great for the morning after.

10 miles tonight at running club. Started out pushing Myler in the jogger. Mik'L had a long meeting so I just had to bring him. She got done and was able to meet us just into Bloomington by the softball fields. Then I continued with the guys but... remembered that I sent the keys to my truck with Mik'L (left them in a pocket in the jogger). So when we got to River road I just turned south and headed back towards home via the Secret street which extended it to an even 10 miles.

You going to run the Run for Kids tomorrow?

Sort of. I'm going. But don't plan on doing anything super hard. Planning on a 10 mile warm up before, then the race and a cool down. Are you going? For some reason I thought you guys had a meet. If so lets plan on meeting and doing the warm up run... If you wanna.

Meet was pushed to just a one day (Friday) because of the storm. So I am seeing if I can get in. I'll let you know somehow.
