GS loop extended around Middleton. Actually the same run as yesterday afternoon. I was kind of tight and robotic this morning. Things didn't flow at all and the hammy was kind of sore. This is an endless drama. But it was a beautiful morning and about 7 miles into it I saw another runner up ahead so I pushed the pace to pass and distance myself from this older lady:) I need to get in and have the hips squared up and the lower back snapped into place.

Do you have a hard time getting out the door in the mornings? Hows your rhythm when you first start out? I've found lately if I don't have a positive attitude out the door then I'm not really focused and can't get into the run. I guess that's something we have to get back to get motivated.

I hope the hammy heals for you.

Thanks Kory. I don't really have a hard time getting out the door... sometimes things just don't roll like I'd like them to.

Way to run down the old lady! You still have it in you...road kill that is.

Good to see you starting to feel better!

Scott- I'll take what I can get. Road kill is road kill right now and it all feels good:)
