B-hills loop and extended around the secret street. Just tried to take it EZ. I feel so tired this week. I need to schedule a 24 hour nap... with nothing else.

10 miles tonight with the club. Really windy from the southwest. Some sections it just stopped you in your tracks. I hate running in the wind more than anything. 6:35 avg.

24 hour nap sounds like something that would help me as well!

Still running a lot of miles...So what's your next big race?

From Superfly on Fri, Apr 06, 2012 at 11:02:23 from 74.211.21.81

I'm a slave to the miles... I've been planning on doing a marathon at the end of May first of June. For a long time I was going to do San Diego but logistically it started to fall apart because my wife wanted to drive down there and do Seaworld ect and it just seemed like too much while trying to run a hard race. So I started looking for another race during that same time frame and have pretty much decided to do Ojai to Ocean marathon by Ventura Ca. The date works and we can fly round trip out of Vegas for $100. And the course looks like it might be a fast one. I wasn't shopping that side but figure it'd be a good one to try and break 2:30 on again... since I've only did it once. Between now and then I need a good half... maybe Ogden, Provo City, or Thanksgiving point... or maybe just a "race" workout here locally.

I'm actually in a pro race state right now and will do STG and CIM later for 4 marathons this year and as many smaller races as I can find in the middle.

You want to come do CIM? Super cheap flights into Stockton Ca. and then it's only a hour drive up.

Nice. You have some momentum going for you, so sub-2:30 is a great goal.

CIM sounds fun, except I don't want to train. Plus I swore off marathons for the rest of 2012, and I'd be in the doghouse with my wife for going back on my word. Maybe next year.
