9.2 mile morning run. Same loop as yesterday morning. Really didn't want to go today but pushed myself out the door. The two ball park franks that I ate at the baseball game last night gave me some problems along the way.

Would you classify a hot dog as "processed food"?

5 mile run this afternoon. Just the GS loop. I was only going to do 4 miles but the 4 miler and 5 mile loop are right by each other and the 5 mile loop is basically just as easy as the 4... my wife knows what I'm talking about.

It is as processed as processed comes. Though some may argue if it merits the "food" classification or not.

Hey, are you driving up tomorrow? Do you know when? I may be ordering some shoes from Hooper and would need a way to get them up here.

I agree with Jon, it may not even be in the food chain.

From Wildbull on Wed, Apr 02, 2008 at 12:17:09

Hey Hot Dogs are pure american food!~ Like fake apple pie! good job!

From Superfly on Wed, Apr 02, 2008 at 15:55:26

Just playin about the hot dog... but if it were a Polish dog then we'd need to take a better look. Food chain for sure!

Jon- if you call Steve H. and have him get your stuff together then I'll grab it tomorrow morning before we go up. We will leave STG Thursday afternoon and drive up to Orem for the night.

From Jon on Wed, Apr 02, 2008 at 16:22:08

Ok- I'm deciding what pair I want tonight and will call him in the morning. I'll leave a post on your blog if there is a pair for you to grab.

Hotdog's are made from whatever is leftover guts, or stuff scrapped off the floor.

I haven't touched one in about 15 years.

From Superfly on Wed, Apr 02, 2008 at 20:33:50

Kory come on man. Don't be so hard on the little guys. Eating a "gut bomb" is the only real way to enjoy a baseball game.

From wheakory on Wed, Apr 02, 2008 at 22:32:33

Clyde, your right I'm sorry. If it was a polish sausage I would be all over it.

I eat enough garbage to go around, and my pop intake is even worse. Doesn't a nice juicy hamburger sound good at the ballpark, or even right now?

From Superfly on Thu, Apr 03, 2008 at 09:29:09

A burger always sounds good. There is a new In-and-Out burger opening here in STG soon and it could be the end of my running career because I'll have to hit it up twice a week.

From wheakory on Thu, Apr 03, 2008 at 09:44:33

I went to In-an-Out burger one time in Palm Springs and they are the best. I wish we had one here. Your going to be loving it down there.

If we can't enjoy eating then somethings wrong, as much as we exercise we should be able to intake whatever we want. I'm not going to make my diet strict to where I get depressed and can't eat what I want. We run to eat. Good luck this weekend.
