10.1 mile run this morning. Same loop as usual but I didn't go up into GS. Busy day ahead, plus I have the club run tonight. (Landreth 39) 10.1 mile run with the club. Very hard run for me this afternoon. We were only doing around 7 min pace on the first 4.5 or so and it was very difficult for me to keep the pace. The legs felt way tired, and heavy. I should have just stopped and hitch hiked back to the store but when the guys split and went back I just ran a lone and slowed down to around 7:15-20 pace and things felt a lot better. I'm not sure what my deal was but is sucked. (Red Stratus 195.2) |
