Out early in the cool morning. Did the B-hills, golf loop. Legs felt really good and mentally I was trying to get myself recommitted to training. I think mentally I really want to get going but I don't know if my body (hammy and other ish) will hold up. 

B-hills loop this afternoon. It's December 1st and I was out in short shorts actually a little hot. From like 11 a.m to 4 p.m it's very nice out. No watch but had a good stride going.

It is hard to keep motivated in the colder weather, end of the year, lots of other things going on, body feeling the miles, etc. Hang tough man and do what feels right, not necessarily what you feel you "have" to do (e.g. runner's addiction).

Thanks Jeff... yeah winter is hard, but a lot harder for you. I shouldn't even complain about that part of my running.
