Another day here in the hospital. Instead of getting in any kind of workout I spent the day on my butt and eating fast food that family brought over. But I'm not really bothered with fitness right now. Our little boy is doing really, really well. He has tons of hair. The whole head is covered with long black hair and then he has black hair all over his arms, back and shoulders. He looks like a truck drivers baby... not a stay at home, skinny little, running guys son.

Nice picture. I won't worry about fitness right now either. When I had my first kid I didn't care about running I wanted to spend time with her because it was so special.

You'll get to running again when the time is right, but enjoy your newborn first and don't worry about running. Life is too short for special moments like these.

Congratulations again.

Ambur had our first about 5 years ago and I don't think I ran more than a couple times since I started again last spring. I always thought of myself as a runner even when I tried to run 3 miles and died! But it comes back way faster than you think. So enjoy the times with your little one. You will make a great dad...
