8.1 mile run this morning. Up to Poweline and down through GS back home via Middleton. Legs felt pretty good this morning. Plan on doing a few more this afternoon and then the race tomorrow morning.

(Red Stratus 173.1)

5.1 mile run this afternoon. Felt antsy and nervous all day so I just went out and tried to shake it out. I through a few three surges in at around 5:40 pace for like 600m just to try and prime the pump. Anyways I'd feel a lot better about this race tomorrow if it was a half or something a little longer. 10k's are so hard and fast!

I was a little worried last night with that grunt, stomach grab, and then stop - glad it wasn't too big a deal!

No I had just had "one" brewing since like the second mile of the run and kept trying to just push it aside then all the sudden I just had to go. Luckily in the community at the end of the street there was a bathroom by a swimming pool.

Clyde, you should of just posted a pic! it would of been less graphic!

No worries- you'll do fine. Just remember how many miles you've been doing!
