Today was the completion of a long week. A good week but a long week. We've had tons of company and lots of learning/ changes. So I never even ran once all week long. I also didn't ride the bike or do any other kind of workout... Not the best but what do you do? I also found out that not running isn't healing my hamstring. It is still hurting so I'm going to have to do lots of PT and other things to work through this. The good new is my little boy is SO CUTE! |
