3 miles on the treadmill this morning. The hammy was tight but the pain was doable. Actually other than that everything else felt really good. I should be I'm  more rested than I've been at any time in the last 3+ years.

3 more miles on the treadmill tonight. Actually ran pain free for the most part. Just a little tightness in the hamstring.

Let me know when you hit the road again and need a slow running partner to keep you from overrunning that Hammy... I run up to the church and loop behind it and come down through beuna vista for about a 5 mile run... Or we could go farther if your hammy feels good.

Nate- Yeah we'll have to get out. I'm thinking one more week of this easy stuff and then I'll start bumping up the milage again. I won't be going fast though so don't worry about that. From the looks of it our run today with Steve and Bill would be plenty fast for now.

I have ton's of loops from the Middleton area. You name the distance and I've got 3 or 4 runs you could do from here. A lot of my runs are done on the trails and hills north of Middleton out by the power line and looped through Green Springs one way or another.

Anyways good job and welcome to the blog!

Yeah, sounds good. I used to love to run all those trails back when knowing how far I went didn't seem to matter so much. Gotta get me a Garmin so I can do them and know the distance...
