Wasn't motivated to run when I got up so ended up going later this morning. It was raining and I didn't want to fight it so I stayed inside on the treadmill and watched an episode of the District while I did my workout, which was good I think. I did some warmup and then did 4x5min segments with 2-2.5 minutes running recovery inbetween. I would guess they were around 6 minute pace or a little faster. I felt pretty good overall. The last one was tough. Had some pain in the left hip/back towards the end. Cooldown after.
