Easy 30 minutes. My legs still didn't feel good. My right shin was hurting a little along with the normal aches. Rob wanted us to do a 400 at race pace as soon as we got back. The wind through me off and my legs were tired. I only hit 77....... I changed to kinvaras and did two finishes. My right quad strained slightly on the first one. I elevated and stretched in the shade after. Hopefully things feel better tomorrow.
