I warmed up with Carson, Ryan, and Loren. We knew going into it that we had a shot at the school record. We knew Loren was the weak point though. I went through a normal routine, and was feeling better than Friday after another ice bath and rolling.

I ran second and felt a lot better. I was able to get us in the lead and Carson held on. My legs felt much better than yesterday. We just cheered like crazy because we were watching the clock and knew that we were close to the record. Loren really died that last 300 though, and we missed it by 2.5 seconds. It was fun though, and everyone was cheering. We ended up 7th overall, missing medals by .5 a second. That was a bummer. This time it was a double #ohsoclose

I cooled down for 15 minutes. My legs and body were glad I didn't have to race anymore.
