Warmed up inside. We did some race simulation intervals today. My workout was 8x400's with about a 75 meter walk recovery. My two slowest were 75's. I was happy, that pace definitely feels reasonable. My legs were feeling the races and my run Saturday night. After I went out and did a 30 minute run. I went out at about 7 minute pace and came back in 6:45/50's. It was a real solid effort. I could feel it in my head. Physically I know I've got a sub 10 race in me, I just need to mentally relax and know I can do it.
