Ran outside today. Did a 3.5 tempo run. Warmed up 2 miles-then splits were 5:54 (good downhill), 6:32, 6:26, last .5 6:28 pace. (6:18 avg overall) Felt pretty good today. Tired now though. Is it bad that I am already ready for spring??
Ran on the mill. After a 2 mile warm up did 3x1 miles with .5 jog (8:30 pace) in between. Splits for the miles were 6:12, 6:10, 6:02. .5 cool down. Feeling a bit sluggish and tired today. (too much running around and no sleep)
Ran on the mill today. Did the first 3 in warm up pace. Then started picking it up. 7:35, 7:20, 7:00, 6:45, 6:15. Felt better today. Can't believe Christmas is tomorrow!!!!
