Ran on the mill. Ran 4 minutes and 30 seconds at a 9.7 mph (6:11) pace (almost got 1200 meters in that time). Did 4 of these with 800 meter jog in between.
Did 4.5 on the mill. Got increasingly faster with each mile-but still kept it at a pretty easy pace. Splits were 9:00 (warm up) then 7:50, 7:17, 7:05, 7:00 last 800.
