Ran outside today.. 1.25 warm up then did 4x4 minutes hard with 1:30 jog in between. First 4 minutes were at 6:01 pace (7:30 pace recovery) 2nd was 6:07 pace (7:14 pace recovery) third was 6:20 pace (7:43 pace recovery) last was 6:20 pace.. (First 3 sets were downhill, last one-flat-rolling hills... Felt good again today, I know my times will start slowing down alot more due to the pregnancy-but for now I am feeling good and relaxed so I will keep it up for a bit.. |
