Wanted to get in some speed today so I did a warm up to the track then did 800, 400, 800, 400, 800, 400 with .25 jog in between. Splits were 2:52, 1:18, 2:53, 1:18, 2:49, 1:15. Felt good to do something fast!
ran on mill. (Hill workout) Did 1 mile warm up. Then did 8x400s with 5.0 incline and did 400 in between at a 1.0 incline. (so I alternated them) Then did .25 cool down.
