6 miles on the mill. 2 miles- then two miles at 7 min pace-then two miles easy. Legs feeling tons better-body felt kind of tired today though.
4 miles on the mill progressively getting faster. splits 8:50, 7:40, 7:09, 6:47
5.5 miles on the mill progressively getting faster. 8:15, 7:50, 7:14, 7:04, last 800 7:00
legs finally feel back to normal since marathon
7.5 easy miles outside. Felt great! Battery on watch died-so I don't know pace-but I didn't really care today-it just felt good to get outside on a warm fall day.
