Easy six miler in the mountains. Foot is still hurting a little.
1.5 easy miles on the mill. blah-peroneus brevis tendon is sore so I only did 1.5
Did moderate workout on the mill. (changed shoes and foot seems to be doing better today) Did 1.25 warm up then 2.5 straight miles at 6:58 pace. Did a 400 walk/jog then 800 at 6 minute pace. Felt kind of worn down/tired today.
Did an easy run on the mill with 4x400s mixed in between. (pace for the 400s were 6 minute pace) Can't believe the marathon is a week from tomorrow!
Ran a moderate tempo run today outside. Did 8 miles. My average pace was a 7:23. Felt pretty good. Marathon one week from today!
