Did my last really long run before the marathon. Ran 20 outside. Did 6 mile loop, hopped on the track and did about 7 or 8, then did a loop home. Felt ok-I did have to stop some especially the last 2-3 miles. It's all coming back to me...how tired my legs feel after running soo many miles. ANyway-my average time was 7:40, the miles at the track were between 7:25-7:30. Anyway, I am glad it is over!
