Did .75 warm up then did 3x1200 with .25 jog in between. Ran the first two at 6:48 pace, then the last one at 6:30 pace. Then did .25 cool down. Had to make this a speedy workout due to the Allred kids coming over.
Ran 1.25 warm up then did 3 straight miles at tempo pace (increasing in speed with each mile) 7:20, 7:10 and 6:45. (incline always on 1.5) Felt alright considering the lack of sleep I have had this week, month, past couple months. haha
