Did a track workout outside today! Alternated 800s and 1000s. Did 800, 1000, 800, 1000, 800, 400 with 2 minute 200 m jog in between each. My splits were 2:59, 3:43, 2:55, 3:42, 2:52 and the 400 was at 1:16. This workout felt pretty good-in spite of the wind and cold. (did a couple strides too) |
