Ran on the mill today... Did 2x4 minutes at 6:00 pace with 4 minute jog in between at 7:30 pace. Then I finished off with a mile at 5:57 pace.. This workout felt kind of hard today... The mile actually felt the easiest and most relaxed out of all of them.. (weird) Anyway, I am doing a 5k on Saturday so I wanted to do a little speed today-I will probably take it pretty easy the rest of the week. |
