Ran on the hotel treadmill in Santa Fe today... (husband had meetings) I was short on time so I decided to do a 4 mile progressive/tempo run... Did 1 mile warm up then splits were 6:40,6:25,6:15 and 6:00.. (avg 6:20 pace) The first mile felt the worst-but after that my body felt pretty good picking it up every mile. I decided it feels easier running faster on treadmills other than my own..(I have no idea why?) Anyway I was happy with this workout.. |
