Moderate run today. Did 2 mile warmup then 5x400s at 6:00 pace with 400 jog at 7:30 pace in between. Should have done more-but I am watching 2 extra kids today and they needed me.

Tara-I am not sure what my plan is...I think I need one because I am lacking motivation lately.. (I know my body was pooped after UVM-so the break was nice) I have definitely lost quite a bit of fitness since then and I will very slowly try adding a little tempo/threshold etc. There is a killer half marathon here mid October I will probably do-(More than half the race is in soft dirt/hills-so I am not expecting a good time though-it is more for fun) Whats your plan?? Sorry you have been injured.
