Got up this morning and did 3x2 miles with .5 jog in between. First two were downhill 6:05 and 6:00. Next two were at the track..My watch got a little messed up-but I think they were 6:12,6:18..Last two were back home-uphill at 7:00, 6:49..(definitely alot slower-but also uphill) I was hoping for my track miles to be a bit faster-but overall I am happy with the workout.. |
