Did my 6.5 mile loop twice today for a total of 13.1 miles in 1:31:30 or 6:59 average pace. (Was running about 7:10 pace for the first loop-then picked it up during the second one) (Woohoo-reached 40 miles this week)

Great time for a workout. I am scared to race a half without a hill. I might find myself running 1:40 or something like that. Scared to find out:) You are going to do very well on your half!
