Did a hill workout today on the treadmill....Ran a warmup-then 9x400m hills at 7:00 pace on an incline of 5... 400 jog in between at 8:00 pace...I am watching my SIL's 5 kids-so our house is a little crazy right now as far as getting workouts in..I was lucky to sneak this one in during nap time, and movie time.... |
