Took the kids to the park and did 2x2 mile intervals around it. (about a 200m loop) After 1 mile warm up, my first splits were 6:21, 6:06. Did 800 ez jog, then finished up with 6:12 and 5:58. (I was really pressing to go under 6 on the last one and was glad I was able to do it. Felt good!:) I'm excited for my turkey trot 5k this Saturday. |
