Did a long run today of 15.25. Did a loop and then finished the last 4-5 miles at the track. Did not feel good today at all. My achiles was bugging me the whole time and the calf on the other leg was so tight-tried stretching it but it would not loosen up. My legs felt like bricks at the end of my run. (was planning on going 16-18 miles-but due to my legs only did 15) Went home and iced and took a hot bath. (they felt a little better after that)
