Did a fartlek run outside today. Ran 1.25 warm up then did 4x1600s with an 800 jog in between. Splits were 6:17, (3:28 for the 800 recovery-downhill) 6:14 (3:52 recovery) 6:42 (4:06 recovery) 6:48. First two were downhill, last two uphill. Did .75 cool down. Felt pretty good even though it was too hot. |
