Ran outside today. Did 2 sets of 5,3,1 hard with 1 minute jog in between each...Paces for first one were 5:00 at 5:47 pace, 3:00 at 5:40, 1:00 at 4:57, the next set was 5:00 at 5:57, 3:00 at 6:12, 1:00 at 5:34... First set of these was pretty downhill/aided. I still am trying to get rid of this cold-(it keeps lingering) so I was happy with the effort today.. Hopefully I can get this body back into the swing of things.. |
