Got up extremely early this morning to do my long run of 20 miles before hubby left for work...Avg pace for the whole run was 7:15...(2 short stops for water) Tried to keep it relaxed today...Felt really great until the last 1.5 miles which was uphill and my legs were definitely feeling the burn..Other than that I felt really strong...Yeay! (50 miles for the week as of Today-woohoo-this is one of my highest) I'm happy with my workouts this week and how good I have felt.. |
