Did 5x800s on the mill today with .25 jog in between. Pace for my 800s were 6:00 min, pace for recovery was 8:00.. Felt good-but the effort seemed hard..

okay, are you just bored? I would totally be eating a donut right now if I were pregnant. That's how you bounce back so fast! I'm running Ogden marathon in May and planning for Saint George in October. Do you think you'll join me for St George 2013 And Boston in April 2014?
