I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

I think I need more cardio. It is sad to say but I have definatly had to work up to my miles and I am barely going three miles.  Last week I did 2 miles everyday then did weights....anyone have good insight on weights? I tried to rotate muscle groups everyday and did lower weight and high reps but this morning I think my arms looked bulkier so I only did running.  My stomach fat will NOT go away so I am trying to add more distance to my running......off to pack for Disneyworld see you in a few days :)

Can I call this a lame recovery workout??  One mile on treadmill then three miles on the bike.  My knee was totally acting up, still a little aggrivated from carring kiddos around at disneyworld :)

Two of the treadmills where down today which means the others filled up fast. So I did a new machine, I don't even know what it is called.  Basically it is like doing high knees the whole time.  My thighs are like jelly even now, 5 hours later.  Then ran two miles with Heidi
