Ran three miles, then did the leg press, biceps, deltoids. Hey does anybody have tips on how many reps and sets and how much weight to use?? What do you all do?
I ran by a family of squirls today, then didn't run away when I came by they just stood there, I was nervous that they were going to get me......then I thought as long as they don't jump on me I think I would survive :) |
