I think I need more cardio. It is sad to say but I have definatly had to work up to my miles and I am barely going three miles. Last week I did 2 miles everyday then did weights....anyone have good insight on weights? I tried to rotate muscle groups everyday and did lower weight and high reps but this morning I think my arms looked bulkier so I only did running. My stomach fat will NOT go away so I am trying to add more distance to my running......off to pack for Disneyworld see you in a few days :) |
