Another finished week of running. It's a great feeling knowing that I ran 6 days and now I have one off. It was a great week. I'm fresh and feel like I could have gone much faster and farther. That's how I want to feel right now, because I plan on gradually building my base to about 20 miles farther a week then I once was. I'll do it slow, as to remain rested and fresh. Ran 8.05 with the dog this morning. Felt smooth. It's uphill on the way out, so my time is always slower going out. It was blowing hard on the way out this morning as well.
