5 mile run this morning. Picked up the last mile for a sub 6. Did some push ups and sit ups, hit the bag for awhile. Felt like I was going to faint when I was done. I had to lay down for awhile before I could stand up again.
I think I pushed the latter part of the work out just a little too much. I thought I was going to throw up for a few minutes there.
Everything is good now. |
