10 easy miles this morning. Felt pretty good. The old tendion wasn't too swollen and didn't take as long to warm up. I'm hoping I'm on the road to recovery. I'm planning on running the Utah Summer Games 10k this Friday. I know I'm not going to be up to racing condition by any means and I wont be running it as fast as I want, but I'll run it for fun. It's been a long time since I've did a race just for fun. Who know's it might even be fun? |
