Happy Birthday tomorrow.

I would bike 32 in the morning and run 32 in the evening tomorrow. Really show that number that you own it. For me 33 is the "golden" year so you still have some time...

It's 12:18 here on the East Coast so I'll say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :). Hey I'm doing a lot of biking now too, only I'm sidelined by an injury. What type of bike do you ride?

I have a new flippin' sweet roadie coming my way on Friday. I emptied my checking acct to get it, orig. 1200 but onsale for like 496. Also, what type of gear do you ride in? Right now I do corduroy shorts and a tshirt, but after about 40 miles the chaffing is almost unbearable :(

Thanks guys. My wife says I still got it, so maybe I'm not that old.

I ride a 2007 Jamis Comet. I bought it off the wife of the owner of Cedar Cycle in Cedar City. It's a $1300 bike, but it had 300 miles on it. I got it for $900. A fairly low end bike as far as price goes.

Yea, the crouch really takes a beating biking. I had to invest in some heavy padded biking shorts. Their spandex shorts with the padding sown right into the crouch.

I also go spandex for the shirt as well. The ladies really dig it!! I'm talking about my wife and 3 daughters. I've also had to invest in some gel padded fingerless gloves. My hands would get numb and the gloves do the trick.

You'll probably have to go to a bike store the get the proper gear.

I have a full body spandex suit for the triathlon. It's good for all three events. I should put it on my blog. I'm sure it would scare off any unwanted traffic.
