10 miles today. Took a few miles to warm up the achilles tendon. Started feeling better after a few miles. I naturally started running a marathon pace around 6 per mile for the last 3. It felt pretty good and didn't put any stress on the achilles like I was fearing it would. Blister didn't hurt too much either.
A painful and slow week of running. Managed to run everyday, so I guess thats a good thing. |
