Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.
Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

To enjoy a very long life of running!
Break 6 min in the mile
Break 12 min in the 3200M
Break 20 min in the 5k
break 2 hours in the 1/2

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.
Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.
Yay!!! I'm finally back.. Sorta.. Ha all I did was three today.. Sierra REALLY needed new shoes so I went with her to get some and then we came back and ran a three.. Ha It felt good in my legs.... I had like 4 side aches and shoulder pains but thats probably just from not running so I got to get back into it AGAIN.. But I'm excited my leg didn't hurt... Three again tomorrow unless Mark lets me go farther!! :)
Soo lame. I went and talked to mark and told my ankle was a little stiff again and he taped me up and said I should cut back and I was so frustrated cause I wanted to just go far and not listen but I knew I should but It took all my will power to turn around WAY early.. Only 2.5 or a little more today. I ran super fast today to sort of make up for not going far and I sprinted fence in... It was wierd being done so early :) Iced and stretched and that was it..
3 AGAIN. I am so ready for distance again... Rachel said a couple days ago to the rest the freshman that the days you don't feel like running always turn out to be the best runs.. Well today was testimony to that. I really didn't want to run.. It was just me and Rachel.. No one else was there.. And I could only go 3 in the first place so I was like darn whats the point... But I went out with Rachel and I forgot how much I love running with her.. It was the best run I've had this winter training... Maybe thats just cause I almost have a handle on my breathing again and my legs didn't hurt.. It was way fast and felt good!! I hope I can run with her AND sierra a lot more this winter.. SIERRA I MISSED YOU!! :(
Good pace four with Rachel again out to chuckarama... It was an awesome pace and breathing is ALMOST there.. I am enjoying running again and I'm working my way up to the miles! I'm excited! :)
