WOOOOSH! Today was intense! I LOVED IT!
3 miles in the morning.. the legs felt good! the only problem was my breathing was pretty hard... But I didn't feel in pain so it was a good start..
2 mile warm up/3 sets of 4 minutes at I pace.... with 3 minutes inbetween..
It was tough and easy at the same time.. Tough to get my mind set into these again but I feel it coming back.. and tough that it was my first day on hard work outs! hahaha CRAZY! But I stuck the pace I set for myself pretty well and enjoyed (as much as I could) pushing myself.. I was happy cause My legs feeel good! It was just my breathing and also just getting the legs back and moving! I'M READY THOUGH!!!! I am going to start doing every morning workouts I think??? And I'm just excited for the season to be on its way!! |
