I don't really know how much I ran.. But I know I did three in the morning.. and than a half mile warm up for the race.. and a mile race! It went well considering my out of shapenessss! I'm kinda anxious to get in shape again! I wanna be racing with the more competitive pack again! but then I cooled down by running back and forth for about 30 minutes while cheering on the rest of the boys and girls heats of the mile.... |
