Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2

Personal:

College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

Lots of things have gone wrong with my stomache lately... Some stuff I'm just gonna have to deal with.. But I figured out today one little trick that might help even just slightly is no sugar.. So bye bye sugar!!!!!!! Todays run was good besides my stomache... it killed i had to double over a couple times... just a 4 miler and striders to get ready for a hard workout tomorrow!

I think it was more like 8 after everything but the actual planned run was 7. Ran from my house to a friends house about 7 miles away and then went hiking for like 2 hours and we ran most of it! haha and then I rock climbed so I'm insanely sore!

wahoooo!! I gotta go so the explanation will be quick but we did a way awesome 3 in the morning.. the girls had a good but not to fast and not to slow pace.. We just talked, it felt like a TEAM, it was awesome!!!!

after school warm up 8 miles striders.. I was talking to megan on the run how funny it is that for a runner I'm out of shape yet I can still run 12 miles in a day.. It felt good and today was the turning point i felt to get back to that tip top shape!

Morning run was good. We still are perfect at the running together but we are doing a lot better. The main thing is you can't keep getting after someone for going faster.. you just gotta do you thing and let them do theirs. I just stick with the group.. if someone is dropping pull them up unless their pulling us back to much.. But I haven't seen that be the case in the longest time. I figure what ever pace Kaylee can run at without it hurting her, I should be fine to.

After noon.. got out there on time today! warm up. then a 4 mile loop that ended up not being 4 so we ran somemore around the track.. and then striders and lifting.. I had to go fast through everything, especially lifting. cause I had work at 5. I told work tonight to try and schedule me for the later hours!

Morning three.. It was freezing!!!! Ahhh But it felt pretty good.. my calfs feel like rocks!

 

Afternoon warm up/ 4/ striders. Calfs tight again and stomache still doing its thing.. I'm learning to deal with it! Good runs today though! :D

good day! warm up. four miles. lifting.. The run was good. Ran with some girls and pulled them with me again... One girl Kylie I told her she had to run with us from now on cause she's dang fast! :) But it was a good run!

3 In the morning by myself! I had to take advantage of being excused from all my classes and sleeping in!! So I slept in till like 8:30 and got up and ran! It was so nice to sleep in :) It smelt like babies diapers out in coral canyon though cause if the dump! bleh!!!

warm up/8 miler... It was nice.. way fun exxcept stomache problems :( I felt like we had a nice pace also and it was RAINING!!!

Warm up and four miles... It was a good run.. They were going a little quick so I hung out with some of the new girls to turn them around where they were suppose to.. After they turned around I caught up to the girls and ran with them. My legs have been cramping really bad and it feels like I need new shoes but these shoes only have like 250 miles on them!!! ARGH!

3 in the morning with Kaylee.. We went pretty quick trying to catch the other girls..

5 in the afternoon.. 1 mile down to the park.. then 2 miles barefoot and 1 mile back to the school and then some striders... My calfs were SOOOOOOO tight during the barefoots so I don't think its the shoes.. I need to drink more WATER!!!
