Just a six for today! Except I was completely stuck in coral canyon cause it was 9:30 at night! ha but it was a nice run..... My legs lately have been cramping up no matter what I do so tonight I really focused on when ever my legs cramped up I would stay opened up cause a lot of times I find myself tucking in and picking up my knees to high and shortening my stride... So I focused on staying straight and keeping my stride normal. I also worked on a fast finish and started my finish earlier than I normally do.. It felt good! J
