Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.
Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!
Long-Term Running Goals:
To enjoy a very long life of running!
Break 6 min in the mile
Break 12 min in the 3200M
Break 20 min in the 5k
break 2 hours in the 1/2
Personal:
College Sophomore at SUU.
Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.
Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.
I hate when I forget to blog for a long time cause I loose track of all the miles I have ran.. This is just the miles from the last couple days added up.. I will try and stay on track after this!

I believe coach is correct in saying you failed! :) Im not sure seven months could be considered staying on track. haha love ya Chandis!
